“O Lórien! The Winter comes, the bare and leafless Day;
The leaves are falling in the stream, the River flows away.
O Lórien! Too long I have dwelt upon this Hither Shore
And in a fading crown have twined the golden elanor.”
― Galadriel, Farewell to Lórien
All my yarns are machine washable on a wool cycle, however to keep your yarn looking its best I would recommend hand washing in cool water with a delicate wool soap. Block or reshape whilst damp. A small amount of colour bleeding sometimes occurs, this isn’t unusual, especially with neon and blue dyes. Bleeding isn’t a cause for concern unless a LOT of colour is coming out. If this is the case then please contact me.
For more information on how I set my dyes, bleeding, crocking and everything else please see my FAQ’s.
